Decent experience in a world of false pricing aka discounts always available but need to subscribe first is annoying that they want to sell my info first before they grant me discount which k whatevs but wors part was that I ordered this rug bcs MOST of the pics made it appear different. To be fair they did have ONE pic that closely resembles true item but it was hard to place into context for it was zoomed in to only a corner of the rug where the other pics show zoomed out of all the rug and make the patches look a lot larger than the real ones which are smaller and doesnt look as slick as there pictures, which is what I had hoped to have receive but whatevers i guess this can go outside in patio instead of living room and still help although etsy has similar options for about half the price (8 x 10 for less than $875)

Delivered fast and wasn't folded like another rug I bought with permanent creases. Lays down perfectly. It looks beautiful, great quality. A little more "greige" than I thought but still works.
