If you're shopping from our Actual Photos collection, yes — you receive the exact hide pictured. For our best seller collection, each hide shares the same color family and pattern style shown, but yours will have its own unique markings.

Each rug is meticulously handcrafted using natural materials and hand-trimmed to achieve the perfect shape. It's normal to notice some loose hair or light shedding during the first six months.
To maintain your rug, shake off the dust with a broom or vacuum gently at least once a week using low suction and avoiding the beater brush, which can cause damage. Regular, light vacuuming can help minimize shedding over time.
Keep your rug out of prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading. Rotate it every 3–6 months to ensure even wear and maintain its appearance over time.
For Spills, soak up with a paper towel or sponge immediately. Remove solid matter with the blunt edge of a knife by scraping gently in the direction of the hair. Then, wipe with a damp (not wet) sponge or cloth using mild soapy solution.
A rug pad is not necessary, as the natural suede backing of our rugs adheres well to the floor, keeping them smooth and in place.
