Damaged rug. Horrible customer service.
First, let me say that I believe it is possible to get a gorgeous rug from this company but if you are unlucky enough to get a damaged rug do not expect this company to make it right. I received a rug that was damaged during production and almost a month later there is still no solution. The customer service rep. refused to accept responsibility for the damage defect and when I asked for a pre paid shipping label so I could exchange the damaged defective rug he ghosted me. As of this date, I still have not heard from ecowhides regarding a return or replacement.
