At eCowhides.com, our leather products, including hides, accessories, and related items, are crafted with care and are specially selected for you with each order. We operate under an automated system, so it’s essential that you ensure your order details, including product size, type, quantity, and shipping address, are accurate. Once your order is placed, it enters production immediately, and cancellations or changes may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order.
Once your order has entered the production process, all sales are considered final. Refunds, if applicable, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. Sales of digital products are final. As our items are in stock in Florida, please allow up to 1 to 2 business days for processing.
Cowhide is a natural material, and variations in hair, texture, and color are expected. These unique characteristics are part of what makes each piece authentic and should be embraced as part of the natural beauty of full-grain leather.
Exchanges & Return: Returns, exchanges, or claims must be made within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. We only replace items if they are defective.
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt, with the item in its original packaging. Refunds are available as follows: for returns made within 1-7 days, you'll receive a full refund excluding shipping charges; for returns made within 8-30 days, a 25% restocking fee applies, and shipping charges will be deducted. Unfortunately, after 30 days, returns or exchanges are no longer accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. A second exchange is possible within 30 days, but the item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
If you wish to exchange an item due to issues with color, size, or other details, exchanges are accepted within 30 days as long as the item is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. The fastest way to secure a replacement is to place the exchange via our return/exchange portal, where a new order will be placed while the original item is being returned. The original order amount will be applied toward the exchange: if the exchange costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method; if it's more, you'll need to pay the difference. Custom items like patchwork cowhides are not eligible for exchange unless damaged in shipping. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
For defective items, we will assist in coordinating their return. For non-defective returns, customers bear the shipping costs. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for lost shipments.
Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted. Delivery times vary based on location, and multiple orders cannot be combined. For international shipments, we offer FedEx and USPS services. Additional fees, such as customs, import duties, and taxes, are the buyer’s responsibility.
In case of lost items, claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information.
Intellectual Property: All content and artwork on eCowhides.com are owned by us and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
User Agreement: By using our site and purchasing from us, you agree to abide by these terms. We may update these terms at any time, and it’s your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

When you enter your phone number during checkout, subscribe through our form, or opt-in via a keyword, you consent to receive text notifications (such as order updates and abandoned cart reminders) as well as marketing offers. Your consent to receive messages is not required to complete a purchase.
SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms and Conditions
Our company, eCowhides Intl Inc (referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our"), offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program") governed by these terms and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"). By participating in the Program, you accept and agree to these terms, including the resolution of disputes through binding, individual-only arbitration as outlined below. This Agreement applies solely to the Program and does not modify any other terms or privacy policies governing your relationship with Us.
User Opt-In:
By enrolling in the Program, whether through an online form or application, you agree to receive marketing messages sent via autodialer or prerecorded messages to the phone number you provided. You understand that consent is not required to make a purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
User Opt-Out:
To stop participating in the Program, reply with the words STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any of our messages. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out request. Opt-out requests must be made as specified, as other methods will not be considered valid.
Duty to Notify and Indemnify:
If you change or discontinue the phone number you used to subscribe to the Program, you agree to opt out of the Program first. Failure to do so may make you liable for any resulting costs or damages, including legal fees. This obligation will continue even after you stop participating in the Program.
You agree to indemnify and hold Us harmless from any claims arising from your failure to update your contact information, including any claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or similar laws.

Cost and Frequency:
Message and data rates may apply. You will receive recurring messages, with additional messages based on your interactions with Us.

For assistance, text “HELP” to the number you received messages from, or email us at orders@ecowhides.com. Please note that email is not a valid method for opting out.
MMS Disclosure:
If your device does not support MMS messaging, our Program will send SMS messages instead.
Disclaimer of Warranty:
The Program is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for delays or failures beyond our control. T-Mobile is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Participant Requirements:
To participate, you must have a mobile device capable of receiving text messages and be subscribed to a participating wireless carrier. Not all providers offer the necessary services for participation.
Age Restriction:
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Program. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By participating, you confirm that you meet these age requirements and are permitted by your jurisdiction to engage with the Program.
Prohibited Content:
You agree not to send any prohibited content, including but not limited to:
- Fraudulent, defamatory, or harassing material
- Objectionable content such as profanity, violence, or discrimination
- Malicious software or viruses
- Any unlawful promotions
- Content that violates HIPAA or other privacy laws
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from the Program will be resolved through binding arbitration in Davie, Florida. Arbitration will follow the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and will be conducted on an individual basis. Class arbitration is not permitted. This arbitration clause remains effective even after you stop participating in the Program.
Miscellaneous:
You warrant that you have the authority to agree to these Terms. Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. We reserve the right to update this Agreement, and you are responsible for reviewing it periodically.

Occasionally, our site or service may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, particularly regarding product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. These Terms remain effective until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services or by discontinuing use of the site.
We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time if you fail to comply with the Terms. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to the termination date, and we may deny you access to the Service.
